I-Think is an educational charity that teaches the concept of integrative thinking to students; taking the best parts of conflicting solutions to a problem, then combining them to create a better one.
For an organization working with both educators and students, it is essential to have consistent, polished visuals. They build trust among teachers and make the program more memorable for students.
As the in-house creative lead, I was responsible for a full rebrand and all outgoing visual materials so every touchpoint looked and felt like the same organization.
I designed digital resources for teachers and internal use, including slide templates and worksheets, as well as print materials such as flyers, brochures, workbooks, and posters. I also created motion graphics to wow funders and leave a lasting impression on students, along with merch and signage for corporate events.

BRAND CONCEPT
Integrative thinking means taking the best parts of competing solutions to a tricky problem and combining them into a new, better third option. The challenge was to express that idea in a brand that felt fun and eclectic for students without becoming messy, while building around three primary shapes that could not change.
I turned that constraint into the concept: each shape represents a solution, and their intersections represent the new, better model. Because that overlap is the heart of the idea, I deliberately broke a standard logo rule. Rather than holding a strong silhouette in pure black and white, the intersection between colors is essential, so the monochrome logo has shades of grey.
